Cajun dry rub

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of granulated garlic
  • 3 table spoons of onion powder
  • 3 table spoons of dried Thyme leafs
  • 2 table spoons of dried Spanish paprika
  • 1 table spoon of dried chili flake
  • 1 table spoon of dried coriander
  • 1 ½ table spoons of dried mustard
  • 1 ½ table spoons of Kosher salt
  • 1 table spoon of Chili powder
  • 1 table spoon of ground cumin
  • Fresh black ground black pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together.

You can use this rub on almost any meat, port, fish or poultry. If you use this on a white fish, it could be substituted for blacken Cajun spice.
