Ingredients:
- 3 large egg
- 2 – extra egg yokes
- 2.5 cups of flour
- Pinch of Kosher salt
- 1 table spoon of Olive Oil
- A little water for mixing if needed
Directions:
- Place the flour in a bowl or on your counter top, create a “well” shape in the middle of the flour
- Add the eggs
- Add a pinch of salt
- Add a drizzle of Olive oil
- Lightly mix the eggs into the flour by gently stirring with a fork
- Once the eggs are starting to blend with the flour, use your hands to mix/need the mixture
- Continue to mix until it becomes a dough like texture
- Cover and leave sit for 30 minutes or more
- You can shape the dough depending on what type of pasta you would like
