Bocconcini Salad

  • Prosciutto De Parma
  • Genoa Salami or any other salami you like
  • Lean Italian pancetta
  • Fresh kalamata olives, sicilian green olives, which ever kind you like or are fresh and available
  • Fresh french or Italian baguette
  • Extra virgin olive oil – the best you can find
  • White truffle oil
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese or bocconcini cheese
  • Fresh Basil

Bocconcini Salad:

Layer the bocconcini or fresh mozzarella on top of a fresh Roma tomatoes and the layer the basil on top of the cheese. Repeat until you have enough to serve you guests. Drizzle with a good extra virgin olive oil or white truffle oil. Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. You can add additional herbs such as fresh thyme or parsley. Add the Meats to the dish and Enjoy!
