Honey Orange Glazed Chicken

Ingredients I use
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs, diced into 1 inch pieces
• 4 oranges, juiced (Keep the Orange peels for grated orange rind)
• About 3/4 cup of Vietnamese soy sauce (I always use Butterfly)
• ¼ cup of cold water
• 1/2 Honey (I use fresh locally produced honey)
• A tablespoon of fresh minced garlic
• 2 table spoons of Canola Oil for cooking
• Black pepper to taste (The soy sauce should add the salty flavor that you need)
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
• Black or white sesame seeds for Garnish
• Green scallions to garnish
How I made it
Warm a skillet to medium or high heat, add oil, garlic, ginger and chicken sauté for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Add the Orange juice first to deglaze the pan and then add the Vietnamese soy sauce and honey and continue to cook/stir until the sauce reduces to a sticky glaze and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
